“Multiple Sclerosis – A treatment in search of a Doctor!”

This week, Croft and Andrew talk about an alternative treatment for Multiple Sclerosis ( MS ). Croft refers to Townsend Letter for Doctors (March 2000), telling the story of Dale Humpfries, who was successfully treated by Dr. Klenner in 1973.

A diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis has been generally accepted as a debilitating life sentence as nerves in the body continue to degenerate. There is no accepted cure for MS.

A new treatment for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) has received a lot of attention in the media lately. It is called the Zamboni Treatment. Named after the doctor who invented the procedure, Dr. Paolo Zamboni. The treatment involves clearing out veins removing blood from the brain which allows excess iron to be removed the brain. Dr. Zamboni believes that for many MS patients this treatment removes the root cause of the disease.

Croft talks about articles in the Victorian and other newspapers back in 1976 talking about the people who were virtually cured by Dr. Klenner, Dr. Hoffer and others. The medical establishment never did seriously investigate these protocols.

Also, a listener asks a question about lowering cholesterol naturally due to bad reactions to various statin drugs.
