Depleted Uranium, Vaccines & Gulf War Syndrome

We talk about taking some time off for the last few weeks…
This show is about Depleted Uranium, Vaccines and Gulf War Syndrome and the situation in Japan.

We talk about a video produced by Gary Null, Phd about the Depleted Uranium used in Afganistan and Iraq having a causal link with Gulf War Syndrom.

What they like about Depleted Uranium is it is very hard and dense and will penentrate armour like a hot knife through butter. But it contaminates everything. Soil, air, water.

In Iraq there are many types of cancer that have reached epidemic proportions in Iraq as a result of depleted uranium. The increased cancer rates are primarily in children who are more vulnerable to the damage from depleted uranium. Birth defects are increasing as well.

The soldiers are seriously affected by depleted uranium and Gary Null and others argue that Gulf War Syndrome is cause by this weapon.

The depleted uranium lasts for a very long time in the environment and people in these regions have to live with that.

The pentagon officially says that depleted uranium shell weapons are safe…

The other controversial potential cause of Gulf War Syndrome is the array of vaccines that soldiers are required to take before going overseas.

The reason we are bringing up this topic again is because they are using these weapons in Libya despite denying doing so. Testing of the shells shows radio activity apparently.

The soldiers get sick after their service is completed and therefore it is dificult to determine the cause of the sickness.

Thorium: A safe alternative to Uranium for Nuclear power.

We talk about why Thorium is not used for nuclear power…

Thorium was seriously looked at as a viable source of nuclear energy. The only problem with Thorium was it wouldn’t produce a byproduct, plutonium, which could be used for nuclear weapons. Therefore, they went with Uranium for the side benefit of nuclear weapons.

The use of Thorium is coming back into favor with India looking to replace all of their Uranium Nuclear reactors with Thorium reactors over the next couple of decades.

Is this a good move?

We think it is definately an improvement but there are still cleaner energy sources that are getting better and better.

He says that Thorium is more abundand, more stable, safer.
Only slightly radio-active and can not sustain a chain reaction and thus can not melt down. But during the Cold War the science goal was synonomous with the military goal and at that time nuclear weapons were seen as a good thing.

Croft stresses that the Military Industrial Complex is at play here… but says you need to add Medical to the name… Military Industrial Medial Complex.

China is crediting Canada for developing Thorium as a nuclear power alternative. Canada had done some work on Thorium and ultimately decided to go with Uranium.

Croft says to contact him and he’ll send a copy of the article posted by Dr. Mercola who points out that Vitamin D3 has a powerful ability to affect many mechanisms that our cells operate, one of which is protection against low level radiation.
Croft discusses the article in depth…. Andrew brings up a point about the RDA’s being much lower than what is recommended in the article. Croft says the RDA’s are being increased thanks to research such as this.

Vitamin D is good for many other things… more on Vitamin D…
All a lot of the research on Vitamin D has been on cancer prevention. The Vitamin D Council says that it should be used for treatment as well. As an adjunct therapy to the other cancer treatments patients are taking.

Someone commented on our show notes saying we have erroneously called Absorbic Acid (vitamin C) a vitamin… Croft gives us his response.

Vitamin C and radioactivity protection. Very important for the health of the kydneys and liver. Croft recommends taking Vitamin C up to bowel tolerance.
Croft mentions the work of Linus Pauling, Klenner and others.
Croft brings up an example of how Vitamin C helped to heal a non healing ulcer on an old womans leg.

Andrew suggests Croft should write a book… Nutrition vs Disease.

Croft talks about 911 Conspiracy Theories and how they are treated.

Andrew brings up spiritual beliefs that have no basis in logic or fact and what people believe is their business.

Discussion about Capitalism vs Socialism… Andrew is pro Capitalism but is Anti – Corporatism.

Andrew’s rant for the day is about corporations that gain so much power that they can buy politicians and exert control over the political system.
